    We aim to respond within 3–5 working days. If we need any further details to refine the specification, we'll be in touch.

  3. Step 3

    Design & Specification

    Once we have everything we need, our in-house design team will produce detailed plans for your bespoke equipment. We'll share these with you within 7 working days for your approval.

  4. Step 4

    Quotation

    Once the design is agreed, we'll provide a full itemised invoice so you know exactly what you're paying for — no hidden costs.

  5. Step 5

    Manufacturing

    Happy with the quote? We'll begin manufacturing. Most bespoke items are completed within 8 weeks, depending on complexity.
